...is a collective of Southern California musicians dedicated to the art of "roots" samba. We play primarily in the tradition and style of the pioneers of the genre, harking back to the 1970s.

Samba Society is led by Beto González (Ethnomusicology Ph.D. candidate UCLA) and includes diverse artists such as:
